G3deon disclaims liability for decisions made solely on the basis of AI-generated output.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, product names, logos, and content produced by G3deon remain our exclusive property. Our open-source libraries are licensed under MIT and governed by their respective repository licenses.
You retain ownership of content you submit to our services. By submitting content, you grant G3deon a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the requested service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, G3deon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, unless otherwise required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
